Teddy City Downtown part 2
Welcome- now for a final look at downtown- 2 night pics, 2 day, and a look at the busy freeway.
First day:
"The Point Center", a brand new tower, nearly completed, that's do to fully open in 2015. This beautiful new skyscraper is an example of progress being made. office space starts at $1000/mo per sq foot. They are now taking applications for offices- the average square footage available per office is 2000 sq ft- at an average cost of $20,000/mo minimum
another look at the waterfront- it shows "The Diplomat Building"- a diagonal structure at the bottom left- here is where countries house there embassies.
And Now Night:
The same spot, shown at night- this shows its true beauty for the city, a true work of art on the landscape-
"The Point Center" at night. Amazing views from the highway show how beautiful downtown truly is. From the highway, those that look close, see how the area has advanced over the decades, from flat topped simple structures, to advanced lines and angles, downtown is a true example of how the city has grown over the years.
