Hello all!

I am a 28 year old from Winnipeg that has been playing SimCity since the early days. Got SC4DE last year and fell in love with everything. This is how I dreamed this game should be.

I will one day soon share my regions I have created with you all. But for now I am searching for advice on how I should start creating my own buildings. That is the problem I have been having since I bought the game. I just don't know where to get a proper program to start creating BATs or what I need to install them into my game.

If anyone could help me with these questions I have please feel free to PM me on here.

Hi,

My name is Ian and after about 18 months of robbing various props and BATs and what-not I thought I would give the forum a look.

I am from Hartlepool, England and I am an unemployed musician that sits playing SC4 all day.

My first SC experience was on a friends SNES in about 1992. Since then I have played every version to death whilst not bothering with any other Maxis/building games (aside from the odd nostalgia trip when I break out the old Settlers games).

I also like football, cricket and getting very, very stoned.

Thanks a great deal to all of you people that put in the hours on the STEX stuff. My region would be much smaller if I just played it out of the box. Very man thanks.

Hi, my name is Eric and I'm an oldie aged 73. I live near Hamilton City in New Zealand. Retired 3 years ago after a working life in electronics and always wanted to play Sim City. Played a little SC2000/3000 years ago at novice level only, but never had the time to continue. Past 2 years I have been playing Trainz TRS2004/2006 but I still have a hankering for Sim City. So here I am.

My mind is not as fast as it used to be so I will move along a little slowly and probably need to ask how to do things.
