Is there a mod where the grass median on maxis streets are green no matter what wealth? Because I am plopping some rare houses in my city and I notice that the grass becomes yellow-ish on the street if I plop a house in my city. So is there a mod to help stop that, like the all white sidewalk mod no matter what wealth?

Not that I am aware of... using Ctrl s before selecting a puzzle piece can save a lot of heartache.

Hi guys. Is there another mod out there that can do something like this with the ave streetlights?

I don't mean changing the style of the light, but moving them from the median to the sides. Also, I don't want the plants,trees,etc removed like in the picture. This was part of I80's Great American Streetlight Mod that was on sc4devotion and is no longer around. If there is not another mod, could I change the lighting placement without getting rid of the plants myself? Also, is there a way to change the streetlight placement so that the lights are directly across from each other instead of the criss-cross "Z" shape? To something like this (MHW):

I want ones that look less-industrial but also don't come with a boardwalk or something else that takes up a square on land - hope that makes sense!

As per standard NAM Team policy, there is no scheduled release date or timeline for release.

Yeah, I found that CJ also when I did a search, but it is a Lot with a library. Sorry I don't have a picture of it, because what I have is the lotfile without the building on it (dependency or modelfile). Searching for the bldg....thanks Yarahi

I know i registered there because i got the night light fix from there. Is there anywere else to download the Maxis files besides on their site? I searched the stex but maybe im just not seein it.

You can pick it up here. I would stay away from the Maxis site in the future... Full of bugs
