where can i find this road? not the stone walls, thats muret l'aubrac or something like that i already have that, but the concrete grey road, i know its MMP but i want the tool for it.

I think the dock and the ship is the part of SNM Navy, check out SNM products, I'm sure if you will find all of them there.

Actually, all of them, are maxis default R$$$ buildings. You can have them without downloading any file since those files is the part of the default Simcity 4 game.

It's not good to plop R buildings since there is a known bug. Plopping C and I will not causing any problem, but about plopping R, it's a different story.

I would suggest you to simply make them grow instead of plopping them. There is a bug that will cause abandonment around plopped R, and let them grow is the best solution to avoid that bug.

Guys I'm sorry if this has been brought up before - I've looked but found nothing so far. This is the (E-Rail), showing the main building's model by ILL Tonkso. But the actual model and the original Terminus seem to have vanished from STEX. Does anybody know where to find that model file?

Referring to the large pic above: but does anybody know what canal is there? Or I believe that's a nice combination of SG canal with Mas71 walls, and some other wall with red pavement - which I'm particularly interested in.

The canals are Callagrafx's remake of sg-canals. The parks with walkways are BSC Trail Parks. The walls are as you said Mas71's work. And the last you should need is Kazuki's Red Brick Plaza

I would imagine there are a lot of ploppable trees. You may need to describe them a bit....what kind of trees were they? Pines? Palms? Seasonal? Redwoods? Deciduous? Have a look through the MMPs in this list:
