Good news and bad news, the first thing worked perfectly. The second one didn't actually. I'm looking for something like the Streed Addon Mod parking lot version, a street that uses the entire space without the grass. Some examples from Real Life (the yellow lining indicates what should be the street):

I know this is quite specific, (I can't help it I'm a perfectionist ) it doesn't need to be exactly like this but at least not those damn grass strokes.

Sorry for having to ask you again But about the 'JRJ street side mod'; is it the only option? It's a great help and it has really improved my cities, but I find that there is one big problem to it: I sometimes use the 'buildingplop' cheat because in  the area I'm trying to recreate there are a lot of rowhomes, and it's hard to get identical buildings to grow next to each other. But with the 'JRJ street side mod' the streets don't adapt to plopped buildings, they just stay as they were except for some trees popping up, so I would really love to know if there is any other stuff out there that I could try out.

@thijskr: Well, I don't know more mods that add cars to the sidewalks the way Jeronij's does. Maybe they are out there, but I haven't heard of it...

@zachos-prague: Maybe you'll be interested in this lots [link], [link]. There was a BAT on SC4Devotion's LEX that also worked as an upgradeable heliport, but I've been searching for it with no success...

An alternative to Jeronij's mod is the SFBT Street Tree Mod. Basically it's more or less identical to the mod made by Jeronij, with a slightly more European touch to the parked car props. Still, it may be more to your liking?

On this website I've seen an images from this mod with links and names. Unfortunately, everything was in Chinese. I'm not able to find this topic. ^^These stairs were made by Mas71, who has made some different retaining wall packs, you can get all of them here [link]. The specific wall you're looking for must be on one of the two add-on packs. Some of his work is on the STEX, but seems that right now the STEX isn't working properly...

Kinda hard to figure out what you're looking for, but maybe you want a terrain-mod of some kind like CP's terrain mods. Look for *CP* or *Cyclepuppy* or even *terrain-mod*. There are several of them. Also *Heblem* has some terrain-mods with trees I think that can be plopped in Mayor and God mode.
