I can definitely picture the building layout similar to Uni-mart (The Old School Convenience Store).

That same thought actually went through my head. I actually have one of these buildings still in use in my hometown- just under different branding.  I'll think about it.

There's a couple of these paired with BP in the Greater Cincinnati area, although they are primarily paired with Shell, Exxon, and Mobil I think. It probably wouldn't even require new signage or canopies, just a building.

I believe the BPs that have uni-mart was AMPMs a couple years ago and was BPConnects years ago. Right?

After seeing the Allsup's and Cefco props in that prop pack I held out hope that there would one day be Allsup's and Cefco buildings to go with them.  These two brands both have regional significance to me so I'm delighted to see them here!  You've managed to capture that ridged awning style of the Allsup's quite well!  Nice work RRetail!

I know some were always Uni-Marts like the one in Norwood, Ohio, that I see here. But as you told me on PM, others did convert from ampm to Uni-Mart

@metarvo This puts a smile on my face. Thank you very much! Glad to be able to do this.

@pclark06 I noticed a few Uni Mart locations on my trip to Cincinnati area last year if I'm not mistaken.

I know you've already done a Circle K @RRetail, but do you have plans to create an "Old-school" convenience store or something similar to what the Circle Ks look like in New England?

Huh, I guess New England likes the older Circle K logo for some reason. If I do decide to work on it, it I'll be done as a prop building.

Generally speaking, I still have 8 more convenience brands to work on. (and anything else I decide to add into prop pack 3.1 update)

I can't wait for all of these new gas stations! SO excited! With all of these, should we expect a Buc-ee's in the future?? They just opened their first location in my state!

I'm personally not planning to do Buc-ee's at the moment. Maybe down the road a little, but that is one I'm just not quite sure about yet. Main reason being how big it and its lot would need to be. The truckstops were already getting on the larger size.
