    Bruh, fine. Idk what you do anymore, but I give suggestions, and most of the time you brush them off, as stupid or something.

    Maybe you should add interesting things. We get it, you like to make things not already done. But here's a suggestion?

    Why not RR's Hardware Store pack, or Retro Electronics Store pack? (With chains like Circuit City, CompUSA, & HHgregg?). Those are somewhat interesting, and I know people who would love to have them.

    Again, not asking as a request, just a mere suggestion, for you to think about.

    I'm doing what I have always done. Please see my response from the other day about how I decide to make things. It's not brushing them off, what it is that when something is so obscure, it is not worth making for so few people to enjoy. This is not saying your ideas are stupid. This also is not directed just at you. I've told others the same thing in the past. That principal has been with me from Day 1 of me BATing. Please move on.

    Please stop complaining that I don't make interesting things, because the last two of my last three uploads have reached popular status clearly debunking your claim.

    My point is simple. If I ask for suggestions or even requests, that's fine in that instance. I have ideas that I myself would rather pursue at the moment, so constantly seeing more and more requests or even suggestions is getting frustrating and quite irritating at the moment. I have kindly asked you stop, and yet you continue to list off ideas. Stop now. This is your final warning. I am one person who has a life beyond making things for a game.

    @Evanjs

    SimGoober's files are corrupted, and cause game crashes, thus why I had to remove nearly all of his buildings. Till he updates them, I'm not touching them.

    As for @RRetail fine.

    But those Prop Buildings will sit in the folder and ROT till someone does something with them....

    And that someone is me.

    That's exactly what I was hoping someone would do. Whether it be you or someone else, it doesn't matter. For the second time, my thinking of setting things up this way is used as incentive for people to use the LOT editor themselves. And if they decide to release some lots of that stuff publicly, then they obviously need to at least credit me for making the building itself.

    Lotting isn’t easy. But some people have. I just uploaded lots that RR made with his ok with some of his restaurants. I plan on doing my own Custom lots soon but am Busy with RL right now!

    THOSE are missing vehicles. It's just one car in the back, so it makes them look abandoned.

    I can promise you they are not. The plops are their. Just didn’t load in. Also I’m having problems with cars showing up in my game but I think it’s a NAM related thing.

    I don't have NAM, so I can't say that's the reason.

    Those car props I use for my lots are the SHK cluster ones and some individual vehicles. The clusters are designed to randomly come and go on a timed basis. So sometimes a lot full of those clusters may or will be empty if all them disappear at the same time. I could be mistaken, but I believe the individual vehicles don't do this- at least not nearly as much if they do.

    As much as I liked the service stations for pack 3, I wish for Royal Farms to have a 12 to 16 pump canopy (Basically 6 to 8) since Delaware, Pennsylvania and many parts of Maryland have more than 4.

    I have done a lot for a possible expansion of Royal Farms too.

    We'll see. I'm not always looking to be 100% accurate with details like that.

    @RRetail

    If you make more gas stations, will there be a chance for a Bucc-ee's in the future?

    I'd love to have that in SimCity 4, so my Sims can have fun with it.

    First of all, let me say I really enjoyed browsing this topic and seeing your creations evolve over time - very cool! Second of all, I believe you have really tied together and produced items that reflect something that I felt was missing some 15 years ago when I was last active around here with my old account: lot style consistency. It is the cornerstone to realism in my opinion.

    To that end, unless I am missing something it seems that the lot packs and models I have downloaded (so far) from you do not include growables. Is this correct? If so, is there any broader community interest in growable versions of these lots? I have made several so far using PIM-X for my personal use and this software seems to do a good job with automatic balance (except I disagree with most of the automatic growth stage 1 assignments..). With enough interest I could just do them all and upload them.

    First of all, thanks. Thinking I'm going to have to get back into BATing soon. Some of my other hobbies have been keeping me busy lately.

    Yeah, probably 95% of my stuff is ploppable. Just seemed to me that most people prefer it that way and making growable lots bigger than 6x6 is not very feasible. That being said, I have no problem you want to make what you can growable and then upload it. I'd just ask you give credit where credit is due.

    Indeed, with anything larger than 6x6 or even 5x4 really the game doesn't seem to like growing them. Shopping centers especially always work far better as ploppable for sure.

    That being said I feel like the game lacks decent early low density commercial growables with adequate parking. Gas stations, convenience stores and some restaurants are good early candidates. I have most of the KevDan fast food lots converted to grow, working well so far.

    First off, let me say if I haven't before that I'm a fan of your work.  I'm sincere when I say it would be impossible to create acceptably realistic suburbs without your creations.

    Second, can't wait to see what you come up with next.

    i love it!  i feel like in newer developments stand alone stores without a plaza or pad site are becoming less common so these help give the game a more real feel, at least to me.  i’m so excited to add this to my game.

    You can thank Lidl opening stores in real life in this matter in southern PA. That's what inspired me to do this.

    The Target looks much smaller than the one connected to the shopping center file.  I know that this company downsizing its square footage of store and all, but it still feels odd to me.

    It is smaller, but not by a whole lot. It is designed in a way that essentially makes it a square (120m by 120m) with the additional area in the front. This is still done to a scale of around 101,000 sq.ft. using the same scale method I've been using. The location I'm basing it off is right around that 101K mark in real life.

    Actually those style of stores would be significantly smaller yet. We're talking the size of a larger drugstore in this instance. (around 15K) Target can also  open locations from that small footprint to the size of a regular grocery store (around 60K), all the way up to 150K. (I believe one opened in Delaware in an old Sears recently that was that big.)
