I was going to do Burkes Outlet, but the company plans to phase that name out in favor of Bealls.

Yea I seen that about Burkes. I think it’s a waste of money tbh. Idk why they just didn’t do like what TJMaxx does and have two brands and do both and every market. Also I’d also think they will start doing department store outside of Florida.

The lotting for this is a little complicated. I wanted to do a style that can grid-bust a little, but in order to make that happen, I have to use half of the alphabet to make it work....

Tried making the textures the same by using the same base texture, but for whatever reason they refuse to cooperate for me. I hope the below will suffice.

Hope you are doing well. Just realized, one lot I think would download like hotcakes would be Buc-ee's - a great addition to your gas station lineup. Another quick one I figured could work, either alone or part of a shopping center would be the 2000s Chevy Chase Bank design. Those are recognizable across the Washington, D.C. area, although they have been shuttering as current owner Capital One moves away from brick-and-mortar banking.

I've been using your files heavily for my suburban areas - they are amazingly realistic and valuable for my regions. One thought I had if you were to get the chance is to do a highly upscale mall (either indoor or outdoors) for my most affluent suburbs? I'd love some high-end retail.

I appreciate these words, but I can't help but feel that my desire to want to create new things has moved on. The last few things I did push through didn't really provide the enjoyment that the BAT process used to give me.

That's a bummer to hear, but I've felt that way before with other things. Sometimes the feeling is only temporary (for a short or long period of time), and sometimes you move on from things, too.

Regardless of whether it's temporary or not, thank you for the wonderful content that you have created! I really enjoy it, and I know that a lot of others enjoy it as well.

It happens to me too. In fact, it took me over 10 years to rediscover SC4 after I literally stopped playing it in 2010 or so (even after occasional playing beforehand). Take your time - we all appreciate what you've done but your feelings are more important than anything.
