I'm glad you like it and all, but it definitely was not my intention to have it be that way. Oh well, at least I gave it a try. 

You can add png decals to your (properly sized) textures so it looks more grunge. You can also overimpose various textures of dirt/dirty material over your texture and tweak the transparency of it with gimp (which is free) so it's like dirt on a wall/roof. I used to do that a lot with mine, spent some time searching for textures online and also took a lot of photos outside to try make my own. I can send you some of my material and decals via DM if you want, I'm pretty sure I still have it somewhere. Basically you need to learn a bit of gimp or any other advanced image retouch software, no need to be a grand master at it, I wasn't and I'm still not, I just used the few tricks that were useful for that matter.

Hmmm. I don't know. I may stick to more suburban things, but I appreciate the offer though. Something to keep in mind I suppose.

Del Taco, home of the Macho Combo burrito, for those who like to wear their meal as well as eat it.

Fun fact:  Del Taco once had an off-shoot franchise called Del Chicken, in select locations. Quite possibly the only fast food outlet in history, to serve chicken gizzards and gravy.

Anyway, there's already a DT in game, but RR likely will add much more quality to his version.

Del Chicken umm. They could have worked also to compete with KFC Taco Bell that are together.

Hi, RR long time no see. I have noticed the only Hobby Lobby we have in game is your with the Sears Reskin for the mall. Have you thought about make a plaza with a Hobby Lobby? Maybe a list of store that could be included is a TJMaxx/HomeGoods, Burkes Outlet, Burlington, Ross, Petco or Petsmart, Five Below, Shoe Depot, Dick Sporting goods or Academy sports and outdoors And a couple small shops. All above are very common in a Hobby Lobby plaza. Maybe a outpost of Panda Express, and new style of Popeyes. 
 

Even if you just do a Hobby Lobby with none of them. Thanks RR for all you do.

Someone may want to check my prop buildings. What you are describing is pretty much exactly what I made those for. Most of these brands are there already. Unfortunately, making any more buildings in this style won't happen because I no longer have the matching textures.

Mainly signs, but there are over a dozen buildings in there. Did a number of defunct or broken restaurant chains (like Rax and Old Country Buffet) and put them in there. Also includes the things I have teased over the past few weeks.

Hi! Big fan obviously. I'm excited for all the new stuff after seeing what's in the new prop pack! This is a small request, but would you be interested in  adding a Nomnom gas canopy to prop pack 3? I'd figure with all the other canopies it would fit in with the other stations that you are doing. I made a Nomnom a while ago with my Hawaiian gas stations pack, but little did I know that they would start expanding into Washington and Idaho, taking over a bunch of Cenex/Zip Trip stations this year. Plus, the gas canopy is purple. That's mostly why I am requesting it. I'm a sucker for things that are purple.

(Also, I need to start getting back into making things again...)

Started on Cub Foods. It's a blank canvas with details to be added in later. 

I'm taking an approach that I started with Shop Rite; and that is to work on things a little by little so that I won't be overwhelmed. This means things may progress slower, but I think I need to take this approach for personal reasons. There may be days I work a little longer if I'm up to it.

What you see here took me about 3 hours to make for those curious.
