How the heck do you have so much time to do all this modding? Can we trade jobs?

Well being 16 and still in school helps. Sometimes I feel like I almost have too much time, but I also don't earn any money...

Can I make a request?

There's already 3 WTCs on the workshop and I read somewhere that another one is in the making. And I want to do less supertall skyscrapers in the future since they become kinda boring after a while...

And here's a, slightly overstylized, disco/night club to warm up to updating 50+ assets when after dark comes out :/

And here is my latest growable apartement tower, and I want to keep doing some growables in the near future, since Im having a lot of fun creating them.

Also experimented a bit with creating LUTs, but havent figured out how to upload it yet..

THIS is exactly what we need. Low-level growables....both residential and commercial. I started messing around with some, but due to my busy schedule have had no time to complete any. Everyone is so caught up in making growable skyscrapers, yet the vanilla residential/office buildings at the low end of the spectrum (I'm talking about 1 and 2 story offices) are sorely lacking...and there's only like 2 in each lot size. Please please please please populate these areas!

It's still a level 4... not really "low level"
