I would like to be able to ZONE not plop buildings inside the new boundaries...and the pollution offset needs to be revisited... that's 2 reasons I won't use it... I would love a sprawling metropolis filled to the brim with sprawling mansions casinos lol

You can just connect a regional road to a regular road and then you can zone.

By graphics, I mean resolution, you know, like 1024 x 768, etc...

Oh I use 1920x1208 or something like that. The largest one available.

Tried adding a regional to a reg road didn't work.

I don't know then it didn't work for me either when I last tried it.

 

 

Those are some real cities for sure.. after 1.5 years.. NO MORE STATIC BOX DESIGNS omg cities are no longer all looking the same

Yep

try starting on a new city and draw a regioanl road from main starting road out of normall box, then use a zoning tool and hold ctrl on keyboard to zone whole road, this is the only way im able to zone outside with 3kmod, and mouse pointer has to be inside original box to work but will zone the whole road outside of box two, only ugly thing is joining roads outside as zones will overlap on top of road

wow.. didn't realize people didn't know about Yuttho's youtube showcases.

 

Ok Yuttho is part of Devtest and he is one of the people whom we have kind of modeled a lot of the mods to fill as far as artistic expression.

Think that's right, the new episode uses offline mode, Orion, Tree Anywhere, Parks, UDoN's list goes ON and ON.. almost every mod is used in this game.

 

Its one of the single most well presented use of nearly everything SimCity 2013 can do even since before most changes were possible.
