  1. project orion on which region

I've got a good city going on Whitewater Valley. Twain and Elm Grove can be expanded into the river bends...
  2. Origin Friends

Feel free to add me on Origin. I'm playing on the Antarctica server these days. *** memedoug85 ***
  3. Forest Trees

OMG this is gonna sound so bad but I've been playing 500 hours with low settings. Put everything on high and its all a lot more... Heres the result
  4. Forest Trees

I've noticed in a lot of pictures that everyone has trees that are really bunched together. My tree tool only lets me enlarge the existing trees and creates very few trees in between. Does anyone know about this and if so how to fix it? Thanks
  5. Packing in the low density.

Love this picture. This is exactly how I play. Don't zone on avenues, only place low density streets then upgrade as time goes on... It creates really nice CBD areas if you plan ahead well
  6. The New Simcity

Let's start with some pictures and see how it goes... The majority of the stuff I do is up to 200K population and then I get bored....
  7. Next expansion?

I get that bigger maps are virtually impossible with todays technology but what about more variety in the maps that are there? There should be sliding scales for water, trees and hills like in SimCity 2000. Also choice between river and coast. I'd put up with long loading times for brand new unique maps
  8. Train Crash with Chemical Spill Question

Looks to me like something is plopped just out of picture up there
  9. I need some beginner help please :)

I really started enjoying the game more when I worked out the keyboard shortcuts. QWE is residential ASD is commercial ZXC is industrial V is dezone And all the rest...
  10. I was expecting to see a picture of this... Those are eyecandy. They don't function as actual parking lots. Yeah I will agree, cars just drive on these like roads
  11. I was expecting to see a picture of this... Great idea Edit: I had to take a picture
  12. Train Crash with Chemical Spill Question

Look at how much advertisement there is in this picture tho. Different types of roads, different types of rail, a bus stop, police station and fire trucks as well as a helecopter. There's low and high density residential, medium density industrial. The terrain isn't flat. Trees don't look too bad. And the whole scene looks pretty action packed compared to the zoom. Love seeing this stuff
