Too many comments to reply too.. not sure where to start.. you guys are far too kind, but thankyou.

    On the Arts Centre:

    • There were some good suggestions for how to build the lot out. Some went a bit over my head so I might need to check back in when I'm ready to start lotting it. Its going to be a nightmare to export, a single night render takes about an hour and a half, it would probably take 24 hours to export the whole thing :O
    • Yoshi, great idea about building the underpass entrance, I'll definitely give it a go.
    • Bipin, yes, I noticed those building textures weren't right as well. I've applied new textures already and will post an update soon.
    • Thanks to everyone else for nice comments.

    On the Cathedral, thanks!!

-Skyscraper, I wasn't sure what the term 'poly model' meant, i just looked it up... I take it poly modeling is using geometry (cubes, spheres, cylinders etc) and spline modeling is using lines, circles,  etc...?  I'd say I normally use geometric shapes for larger objects, and create details using lines with rendering enabled and snaps turned on. My methods are probably completely inefficient, luckily I have a good computer that allows me to make complex models inefficiently and get away with it   ...Honestly if you want to get expert advice you are better off looking at Jason's tutorials, Darn's tutorials, or online tutorials.

Hi, sorry everyone, I just got told the subway transition piece for Flinders Street Station wasn't working. I have now fixed the transit-enabled part of the lot and uploaded onto the STEX as a separate zip so you don't have to download everything again. You just need to drop it into the Subway transition folder (if you kept the original folder structure), and it will overwrite the broken file and automatically work in game, no need to bulldoze or rebuild anything. Sorry! :(

Ps. This is optional, if you're not using it as a subway then it doesn't matter.

JWS, St Pauls Cathedral is 6x6. Should have an update to post soon :)

2 reps and no comment D:?

Looks great. Whatever you did to 3ds max, it was a good idea.

Looks like this is going to be a W2W building. What are you planning to do to the empty space in the middle of the two buildings?

Keep it up (you will, I'm sure )

Here's some updates to the Arts Centre Spire. Now, if I can make a timed prop that isn't 150Gb in the plugins folder that's what I'm hoping for, failing that, I will just release in different colours and people can pick which one they like. There's 4 in total, including the original blue version posted previously. I think the red and green versions are looking pretty good, the purple one is not playing nicely though, the pink colours seem to want to turn white. I'll keep playing with it :)

The cathedral looks impressive! Maybe a small graveyard could go into empty space in the middle. Other than that, looks amazing.

There have been a lot of beautiful church bats over the years, but that takes the cake, truly stunning :)

Not since Simfox has content of this quality been produced!

However, if you forfeit the purple because of the complications, I will be very disappointed!

    You're all too nice!

Skyscraper & Cheddar, the space in the middle is actually a laneway and carpark, but I plan to add these in as props rather than model them.

Shinkansen.. never fear... the purple one is getting closer. I quite liked the dark purple tip on the previous one, so I will probably try and get that back again, but the pink gradient is mostly there now. I also think I've found the right level of glare. Its all going well :)

Edit: I managed to fix it. Here it is finished :thumb:
