Can you make a CS$$$ (commercial services)  or CO$$$ (commercial office) version of the Eureka Tower? Residential plops abandon, and I want a commercial version of it.

I would like to see more intensity on interior lighting, especially on the round portion.

Looking great don! I preferred the palm trees (which didn't even look like obvious palm trees, so it wouldn't have affected the temperate cities) but I think the wall is a nice change. The night lights look a bit off though, I know it's only a concept design, but something seems missing? I'm not sure. I can tell you tonight what the tower looks like.

EDIT: OK, I was seeing things, turns out the building is pretty close to what you have, it's really not lit-up that much. Have to agree there should be a more prominent red light on top (I think you've got one on the angle shot at right, but it doesn't seem to be lit-up). So looking great!

Un-frickin'-believable. The way you light buildings are always impressive. There's never really a need to critique; at least not from me :P

Ok I have a few things that need attention.

The lights in a "fins" are a little strong, though they will stand out nicely. (personal feeling)

About two-thirds up the tower the colour pattern is far to strong, needs to be more dispersed, if it needs to be there.

The podium offices (??) need more lighting/effects

What I do really like is the green lights on the garden. I like the lighting you have for the apartments, as some have light filtering blinds. However, do experiment and see what you can come up with!! haha :D

Keep it up and can't wait to see what you come up with  :thumb:  :thumb:

Declan, a tip for you: If you ask really, really nicely you have a very slim chance someone might fulfil one of your requests one day. If you say 'I want' you pretty much have no chance ;)

Can you please make a growable version or CO$$$ ploppable version of Eureka Tower?

OOOOOOooohhhh Bankwest!!! Yes please. :thumb:   :thumb:     :thumb:

Few things need changing on ground level, the part between the old building and the tower is all glass, no flat roofed bits. Will post a pic when I can get one.

Infinity, very very good change on the lights, great work!! Didn't notice it on the first one, but the south renders the nightlights just seem to end on a straight edge on both sides (its just a little strip of lights)

I also see the palm trees are back :D

    1) Thanks Roger. I thought I had it right.. would be good if you have a better picture to look at.

    2) Yeah, it looks a bit weird doesn't it. It's because the building is actually octagonal, only the outer cladding is round. The sides taper off at just an angle such that the lights can't be seen. Not much can be done about that.

    3) Yes.. sadness... I exported the day model without the palm trees and both night models with palm trees. Only noticed when I was about 80% finished. Have to re-do them. I'm almost inclined to do two versions, I really like the palm trees.

Durfsurn, thanks, I don't think I need it though

    Thanks Tony & Huston :)

Woops.. I rendered BankWest Tower without a ground plane :O .. no one noticed?

Here it is again, with ground plane, and I've fixed those roof issues.. thanks heaps Roger, I couldn't see how those glass sections on the roof went. (I knew the other roof wasn't right I was just being lazy :P )

The sky scraper may get all the attention, but that historical corner building is my favorite   (I'm guessing that will make it into your prop pack... at least I'm hoping so)

Any chance of rendering a diagonal version?  Corner buildings are rare, and diagonal corner buildings are even more so  :)
