Thanks Jason. To note that building is supposed to be used in a W2W environment, so you can visualize other building next and behind it. I wanted to that building to let some natural lights through.

Some more progress on the building. I've started putting furniture on the balconies. (Not finished ofc)

This is looking really impressive... will the texture be a french/spanish style or a german style?

@Krisman I will try to make it as close as possible to the real building (2 Rue de Chatillon, 75014 Paris) so typical mid-2000s Paris textures.

    Okay I have two questions.

    1) If I have a SC4Model file in which all the FSH files are good, but the S3D are bad (for some reason SC4BAT rendered the LOD in 1x1x1 instead of the good size) and a second file, freshly rendered from SC4BAT (so no FSH) and this time the correct size for the S3D.
Is there any way to somehow combine these two files so that I can avoid re-rendering the model?

    2) In the PIM-X how can I elevate props? If I try to do it like in the SC4Lot Editor, Ctrl arrows up, the PIMX Lot editor basically crashes.

    @art128
    1. Put the ID's of the bad S3D to the good S3D
    2. Go to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2012\gamepacks\BAT\Outputfiles\(Name of the BAT) then scroll down to the bottom and click on the .bat file to insert the fsh's into the .sc4model

@Barroco Hispano Thanks! I was able to merge de night FSH but the day one were not present, so I had to re-render in the end.

    Pictures to come soon.

Thank you so much releasing these awesome props and models. Huge thanks for the diagonal tram stop. That's gonna be a great addition for some future GLR related projects of mine.
If you find any other of your unreleased BATs, please don't hesitate to release them as they are.

Been working on the towers a bit more. added some bushes along the parking and on the top of the terraces (Missed one spot, will be corrected) and textured the base. Still missing are some details like long chairs, tables, benches etc.

I honestly think the lobby is finished. There's the front desk, two set of mailboxes, some planters, a fountain and lights.. I may add benches around the planters but that's about it.

I need to add some access to the to the little roof part on the left.

What do you guys think of the leaves around the parking? Should I keep adding falling vines? (I'm using Mattb325's technique)

Zoom 5 SD (The building will be rendered in SD, like all my big projects. I keep HD to the W2W and other small stuff)

Lookin fantastic, can't wait for this to be in the game :-)
Very curious about the towers as well...

For the leaves around the parking, I think that works. It's a look you see more often on Dutch parking garages in urban area's. Something like this:
    parkeergarage-brooklyn-1-1030x687.jpg

Or maybe you could alternate with some advertisement banners to show what shops/businesses are in the building.

(all just suggestions, please ignore if you don't like ...)
