Mr bison...After checking Simcity force and translating the posts following that picture...I'm not sure if it ever was released. I would ask 2.ch.net simplayer (since he is the one who posted the picture)

sorry I couldn't be more help.

Good luck!

This is what I got as a translation:

??????Although Mr./ Ms. TWrecks is such a case that takes the trouble to do MOD with Simtropolis it is busy time is required and be saying it is wasteful to put because..merely with so, I disclose it and ??

??????(Is [it http://www.yuhisa.com/cgi/c-board/c-board.cgi ´ ω ) ??  ; Cmd=one no=69; id=]

??????I disclose it in the meantime with the ornament version that has set up it in a/the park.  Even ??? is good the official disclosure from Simtropolis and ?.  ??????Incidentally please wait a little bit until a/the season changes, because a plain vacant lot turns up when it established it.

??????Incidentally, although the building at the center of an/the image is Mr./ Ms. SOMY one when I insert it in a/the country perfectly ( it is ∀ ) ??!    Already with a/the mood becomes and that ??? (´ ? ?)

Craigsters, thanks for the link. I downloaded it (26 Mb) and it doesn't show up....dohhh. All I get from the bigger lots is empty green grass. Must be missing texture files and don't know which ones and where to get them. Do you know anything about this?

I pasted the text from the download section from Sim-board into google and it translated it into this

With, saying, with false employment w

The employment which makes rice field everything the tile represent where the path between rice fields and the road which enter into the rice field really touch is stuffed, it is. T Wrecks it was attached to the cedar busily, custom UI compromised, but temporarily this being similar, formal edition release.

I had not had a chance to try this set in my game, so  I wasn't sure it work properly sorry!...

well making them growable is easy! (except the corner peice is too small). But making them cycle through the seasons?? well that i do not know how to do.

I posted in 2ch.simplayer's thread about it here >> https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=153&threadid=81034&startpage=6

Whether they are growable or ploppable I don't care as long as we can see them when we plopp them. There seems to be missing texture files, unless I am wrong. I can't see anything then green grass pads when I plopp them...................

It's when you click on the last page which has no posts on it. I think this site's forums are famous for that.
