    Well, as far as I know, the LRM should not affect these T21s. I'm guessing your problem may be one of the following:

    - Best case scenario: your trees just haven't appeared yet, because the seasonal props are not activated yet. Seasonal props take in-game time to get activated. If you wait a few in-game months, your trees will appear

    - The NAM has indeed changed around some IIDs, breaking the T21, though little has been done to the SAM these days...

    Well, thanks for your quick response. I think I can rule out the 'best case', I fired SC4 up and let some years pass, but there's nothin growin but some standard trees. Also there should appear some other props, too. But since it's not related to a conflict between your mod and uroncha's, I'll try to get help somewhere else. Maybe I'll fiddle around a bit with the Reader to get some insight.

    I checked again to be sure and everything should be okay. And I took a brief look into the files to check for differences, but

    I think I'm not experienced enough to succeed :D

     

    I'll stall it for now, since the most important stuff works and the seasonal trees would just be icing on the cake ;)

    I'll be sure to leave a note as soon as I solved the puzzle.

    Hey Mandelsoft. I've had a big issue which has made it so I can't even use the LRM at all. When I try to view the ploppable lights in my parks menu, my game freezes and I'm forced to close it via task manager. I have the most recent NAM. Any idea what could be the issue?

    I had the 4.0 megapack. I put the Dutch v5.1 in my plugins; I'll let you know if any issue arises. Thanks haha.

    I've installed the LRM - USA set v5.1 on my plugin folder. But the lights don't appear on the RHW and on the Symphony project with the latest NAM (version 31.2). However, lights still appear for streets, roads and avenues. Did someone has already encounter the same issue?

     

    Do you know what is the problem? Can you help me?

    I've found the ploppable version of the lights for the RHW in the park menu. Thanks a lot!  :)

     

    As for the Symphony, I've given to the LRM folder the same name as you indicated in the previous page of this thread: "z0_LRMv51". But it still doesn't work. How do I make sure that the LRM loads after Symphony? Do I have the put the LRM folder inside the Z__NAM folder?

    I've done what you said, but it still doesn't work.

     

    I've also removed the "T21_MHW_MedianLights.dat" file in the "\SimCity 4\Plugins\z0_NAM\Maxis Highway Override" as you indicated in the previous but no lights appear on the elevated and ground symphony highway. I've installed the "LRMv5_Patch_NAM_FAR_Lights_FamilyBlocker.zip" patch on the "z1_LRMv51" folder.

     

    Did I did something wrong?

    May I see a screenshot of your plugins folder. Maybe that will tell something to me.

     

    Also, if you don't see any maxis lights on the streets and DragFAR stretches, then that means that LRMv5_Patch_NAM_FAR_Lights_FamilyBlocker is working.

     

    Here's a few screenshot of my plugin folders:

     

    First, the plugin folder, you can see the "z0_NAM" folder and the  "z1_LRMv51" folder:

    Ok, it seems I found out what was the problem. There isn't any conflict with any other file in the plugin folder.

     

    The reason why lights didn't appear was because there wasn't any zoning just next to the highway on my Test city (I was testing the LRM in order to see if it will work since I've recently installed NAM 31.2). It's odd since I thought that with the LRM, lights will always appear whether or not there will be some zoning near the highway. Lights also don't appear when zoning are separated from the highway by a street or road, or when zones don't face the highway as you can see in the following picture:

    That's to prevent lighting motorways at spots where it's considered to be unrealistic, like in rural areas. Besides, the lights will be off in these cases because they may be too far from electricity

    Lights also don't appear when zoning are separated from the highway by a street or road, or when zones don't face the highway as you can see in the following picture:

    But how come SMP made a mod on adding median lights to MHWs without having to zone? Just wondering... :whatevs:

    That enables median lights for all zone types, even unzoned areas. The lamps are there, but they don't light up at all times. Also, the SMP lights stack two lights on top of each other (one from each side), which makes them overbright. With the LRM this is already a problem at some lots, imagine what it does to motorways if you stack the props on top of each other!

    yes. i got problem on the SC13 light set. when i putting tram-in-avenue puzzle piczes. the traffic lights not seeing. what is the error?

    Well, any chance for porting the ploppable RHW lights to the different height levels? It would be nice to have them in L1, L2, L3, and L4 form, otherwise, I'll just use the high mast lightning system. :whatevs:

    Not all 'bugs' are bugs, but are limitations of the game. Some aspects of game function are buried in files that can't or are not allowed to be altered. Mod creators do their best to find 'work arounds' for these situations, but it is not always possible, at least with current knowledge. Users of these mods must realize that not everything is possible because of technical/legal constraints.

    also. i got problems in the imaginian light set. when i dragging roads or avenues. the street lights not showing. i'm zoned the road/avenue after dragging. maybe it have a problem in my Plugins folder. i gonna see my plugins folder. to check the problems. it to check the problem... also. why there's a "Downloads" folder in my regions folder after i'm playing SC4?

    i checked the installation folder and all of the replacement .dats are exactly as I chose them...

    Did you install LRM 4 or LRM 5.1? LRM 4 is already outdated, and not supported.
