    start from scratch. open with SC4Mapper or SC4Terraformer.

    Okay, what are we supposed to be doing with this map? How are we to help you make this better?   1: make a map. NOTE: you gonna make maps from SC4Mapper or SC4Terraformer. 2: take a photo of your created map. .and i'm gonna see if your created map is good.
  8. okay. what's the fix of the bug? and you create all LRM sets. you must fix all bugs. Not all 'bugs' are bugs, but are limitations of the game. Some aspects of game function are buried in files that can't or are not allowed to be altered. Mod creators do their best to find 'work arounds' for these situations, but it is not always possible, at least with current knowledge. Users of these mods must realize that not everything is possible because of technical/legal constraints. okay.

    i'm not the only member have Beta Version Maps. see United States (Beta) also. that Beta is a map too.

  11. You moving the SC4.exe to the root directory of SimCity 4 Deluxe has no effect. Did you do the good ol' -CPUCount:1 thingy? :)

      my CPU is a Intel-Core I3.

      If your PC is an i3, then you must apply the -CPUCount:1 shortcut code because it will reduce the number of exceptions due to the game running more than one core.
