Hey guys, great work on the RHW mod, it really looks great in everyone's cities. I was just curious though if it is at all possible to get the RHW to show up in the transportation map?

hello everybody.

i just got the RHW modv20 beta. and my first tries show up some transition questions.

here is a picture:irigoyenaeropuertointeryi0.jpg

i have seen transitions from rhw to oneway, that has been more fluent than mine. do you have any ideas, what i'm doing wrong?

hijodecordoba:  Well, there are two problems with your transition.

1.  Your MIS Ramp:  You need to gently curve the ramp in order for it to draw properly.  Check out the comprehensive RHW  reference guide in my signature for examples on how to do this properly.

2.  A MIS/OWR transition does not exist yet.  The closest thing you can do is connect a MIS to a one way without it turning.

-Here is a pic of what I mean.  It works, but there isn't a texture made for it yet.

Anyways I hope I answered your questions.  If not please post a reply and check out the RHW project @ SC4D, where the project has moved (link in my signature).

Best,

-Haljackey

No.  You can not make bridges for the RHW-6 with the current version, same goes for the RHW-4 and 2.

Hello everyone.

I've been using rhw before. But after installing the last nam and the rhw again it doesn't work properly. the car automatas drive in the left side and no traffic can go through them. Oh, and I also installed the euro asphalt texture mod.

Hope you can help me.

is anyone developing rhw exit to one way road transitions? as of the current version it looks very bad as the exit lane just ends & the one way's begin.

awesome, I am also hoping more entrance/exit ramps will be available which includes left sided exit ramps, exit ramp puzzle pieces.

I just use a RHW-4 RHW to connect to a one-way road (two lanes parallel in each direction, with two directions, makes for RHW-4) Now y'all just wait a little while and Tarkus is busy making RHW v.21, so don't get too rushed.

I want to see rural super highways like I-5 and I- 405 southern junctions. There are currently 26 lanes, and soon will be upped to 30 I believe. I live about 10 miles south west of their so would love to see this in SC.....

Is there a chance for carpool lanes or dedicated truck lanes? Just my personal dreams, too bad i cannot mod....

If we had four paths (lanes) on a tile we can't tell the game which one can only allow buses, cars or freight.

We couldn't say the first path is for buses the second for trucks and the third and forth for cars.

You will be able to make up to a 10(5 lanes each way) lane highway with RHW when that feature is released. and for 20 (10 each way) lane motorways you just put 2 10 lane highways together/next to each other.

mcarch- are you talking about plopables?

Hmm, Im not sure whether or not that will happen. the god thing about the rhw is that you can design your own interchanges

I was wondering, what if the project was renamed to something like the "Highway Network Addon Project" or something similar? The "rural' part seems to have become obsolete, as these highways, seen in many CJ's, have been used well in urban environments. It seems better to generalize it, to avoid confusion and encourage new/improved features.

I'm unsure if this should be asked in the NAM request thread, or here, so I'll just put it in both. Is it possible to have a Maxis ground/el highway - MIS/RHW exit? Does such an exit exist already? I'd love to know.
