You Can you show me a brick texture of the brick you want me to use for the main walls of the Concord Arms, that would be lovely and it can help me out a lot and speed things up, I want to release this before the year is over with

Here's a small update, I have worked on the ground floor walls I hope they look good enough, next I will need to work on the night lights and soon it can be exported.

Night lights looks pretty, I like them. The roof needs some more to it like dirt, water stainings and seams. Looks like this can be released quite soon.

Dear Aaron, I must complain. I used to enjoy writing in your thread, but recently things have changed. Nowadays the stuff you present is so freaking good that there really is not much to say except for begging you to release all these fine BATs soon.

Seriously, I think the last version of the roof looks almost more saturated than the rest of the model to me, but to be honest, I'd gladly have taken the building with both roof versions. I also like how the awning over the corner shop adds a nice patch of colour.

Such buildings exist and are completely needed to make realistic North American cities..

Would like to see you finish your older projects though, Graham Apartments and those other ones in that thread..also the Transportation Building, one of my fave BATS!

I've been lurking here for a while, and I really like how this building is up coming along!

At the moment, the only thing I'm questioning is 'what's up with the flashing on the parapet?' It varies from light to dark in a couple places, and it just looks odd to me. Something more consistent would look better.

Also, the fire escapes are particularly vibrant, and I would knock the saturation down a few points. However, I've never seen the building this is based on (so I can't really complain).

Wow, that looks great! In view of the final lot design, may I suggest adding the default Maxis low-wealth pavement at least along the two sides facing the streets? This way, both vanilla players and users of sidewalk mods will profit from a more coherent look. It's not a biggie, though. Once that beautiful BAT is there, anyone can use the Lot Editor to fine-tune the surroundings.
