Speaking about Dover House - It's really nice work, model and textures are great of course but that's the details like furniture and plants that is stealing my attention. Great work :)

Aaand 1225 Morris Avenue already looks good, wonder what will be on the roof this time :D

Will there be the usual texture/colour variations?

libellibicus- Thank you, yes there will be a usual texture variations, there's only so much you can do with bricks colors depend on the time the building was built. :)

Seraf- Thank you, the roof for 1225 Morris Avenue will be simple. :)

Almost finished with this building, I need to add some rails for the steps and do the night lights, after that it's off the the variations. :D

    Looking phenomenal, as always.

Because you do such an awesome job creating a variety of variations with each model, it got me thinking.  The amount of diagonal W2W buildings is severely lacking in this game - especially NY style architecture.  Would you ever consider releasing diagonal versions of your models?  Ploppable versions are always possible, but I've been working on grow-able diagonal lots, and with a little finesse, they look pretty good.

The real trick would be the fact that an ortho W2W is roughly 16m across... a diagonal would be... (just a second while I remember my HS math...) ummm... 22.6m

Or a 2x2 that has a 32m facade would need to be 45.2m diagonally...

3x3... well, you get the math.

So I guess my point is, you would have to rework your models to include a longer facade, which could be a real PITA.

Anyway, I just wanted to give you something to think about - I think there would be a real demand for diagonal buildings, especially Aaron Graham quality models.

(BTW, I'd be happy to work on the modding/lotting if needed)   :D

Ok, now I'm just thinking out loud... rather than rework the entire model, I suppose you could create a little 'filler' building to fill in the gap (22.6 - 16 = 6.6m... or 13.2 for a 2x2, ect)  and just attach it to your original model.

Food for thought, I guess

    Thanks for entertaining my rambling.

SimCoug- Thank you, I have not planned to do a diagonal versions because to me it will take much more time to work on and can slow down the production I have here. I will have to think hard and long about I want to make diagonal building to grow sense I make residential buildings. ;)

edwardjeria Thank you, I will try to make the walls a little dirty. I really think the walls on the back of the building should be dirty sense they may not be maintain at the bricks on the front of the building. :)

At the first sight I didn't know if I like those red fire escapes but now I think they look good with cold-beige wall :)
And I wish my brick texture on University Club looked even halfway as good as yours :(
I have a question though about Gracie Manor, what is that structure next to a water tower?
