Looks great, 605 in particular has a suprisingly complex shape, lovely stuff :) It also looks like the Bromley will have an extensive roof garden, I love roof gardens :)

Spot on! I love the glass as well as the terrace and rooftop details particularly. Everything looks so busy, and yet the building has a sleek and elegant overall appearance.

    605 Park Avenue

On this scene I made it up to 6,956,780 Polygons and 6,932,867 Verties.

Here's a look of a older look of the building with a diffrent texture, the red brick. I still thinking on fixing up the brick texture in Photoshop because it's the same brick from 41 Park Avenue.

What kind of speed in the viewport are you getting? how many fps? To check just hit "7" while in viewport, should show poly count and viewport speed. Cause I go really really low once I get up to like 4 million, I can't imagine doing anything in 6 million... Even with proper scene management.

    Looking great :)!

    However:

    dee0d49f.jpg

You see, the top of your "older" building still looks like the top of the "newer" one...but they're rather different.

I honestly think the design in the drawing looks way prettier, that's also how architects thought it should have looked like, after all ;).

    skyscraper241- Thank you buddy!!! :D

darn42- Well my scene is not moving really slow, I think I can manage 10,000,000 poly on my scene most of the high poly things are the flora so I can use the layer to hide them if the scene lags.

    Frex_Ceafus- Thank you buddy!!! :D

Sgt Pepper- Thank you , my team mate!!! :D

Francis90b- Thank you for that I was getting to that. Think you for you help, because I think it waould of took me longer to make the changes. The small window you said that need to be a double window, but in the drawing you can tell it's not a double window.

    605 Park Avnue

Okay, as you can see the building has changed a little bit to look like the old drawing the architect have done to the apartment building. I have a care in the garage to give it a usage look. I'm so happy I'm almost finished with this bat just some more things to do with it. :)

    Frex_Ceafus- Thank you!! :D

Francis90b - Okay, okay boss man I will get to it. :D

I was looking the floor plan fro that part of the building to see the size of the windows and also looked at the drawing. :)

    http://nyre.cul.colu...ects/view/17453

The floor where you talking about the window size should be wide on the front side of the building. :)

But, you might not consider one thig - they might group different design versions of the same building - this happened to me, i was looking for another building, and i saw that the perspective drawing showed a blank wall on the center of that building, while the floorplan showed windows on the same location...so, i guess that they grouped together drawings belonging to two different stages of the design of the building - this means, what you see on plans might not necessarily be what you see on the perspective drawing ;)

EDIT:lemmee post it, so that i have the hard proof of this in my post :):

Ok, so it's 50 King street, Greenwich village.

Here's the perspective drawing, there's the blank wall and narrow windows on the middle of the building:

And here's the floorplan of it, it's different, it shows all large windows and no blank wall.
