T Wrecks- Thank you, I'm strating to get the point that the Park Towers Apartments need to be exported soon, it's been on hold for way to many months, the longer it take it can be right on the the bats that never made it on the STEX thread and I do not want that to happen.

The Walesbridge it coming along beauitfully, I'm trying to finish this bauilding up as well, to many things on this threa is on hold, and if I can get this Walesbridge out the way I will feel like a more successful bater.

Francis90b- Your right it's good to see it back on the production line.

Park Towers Apartments

Okay, I think I will leave the windows like this, I do not see anyone disliking them all I will do is put the trees back on the lot and prepare to export this damn devil, I will do another night night render to make sure things are okay, I'm wasting a lot of time on the building and each render is a waste of my my time, there's better things to do like making new bats and finishing the older ones, it's been in the factory to damn long.

What I have down on the model is just changed the roof a little I have made it a little dirty, before it look to plane and it needed more action on the roof textures.

41 Park Avenue

Here's a new bat NYBT 41 Park Avenue, The modeling is almost finished.

The only bit of Park Towers apartments I dislike is the roof, the two textures seem to jarring together, IMO it would look better if it was all concrete. New BAT is looking good as well

I love the beveled edges on this building, makes it much more elegant. And your signature awning is there as well - will it be green as usual?

Looks great. Are the slots on the roof commensurate? As I already said, everything looks great. And I like these paths on the floor.

41 Park Avenue

Here's a small update before I add the textures and add some terrace junk, I am moving a little fast on this bat because, this building detail is not as hard as the other buildings, I am planning to make a new building but I'm still thinking on it.

Beautiful project again Aaron. Aaron the specialist for New York condos. I was wondering something and I m too lazy to find out who was working on it but I thought it was you who was working on a Central park building (the one with the 2 towers in front of Jackie Onassis Reservoir on West Side?). I just wondered what's happened with it. Maybe I m wrong through. :s

Gaah - droolworthy once again! The first two work best for me, although since you already made the other two as well, I certainly won't complain. In fact, I think the dark brown one (#2) is my personal favourite this time.

I would easily confuse the buildings of this latest update with Maxis buildings! The balconies remind me a lot to the in-game Quigley Residence (or whatever is called in the English version), and the whole texturing is very Maxis-reminiscent. Don't know if your job is technically good or not, but I really like it!
