T Wrecks & Delecto - It's the same building from page 17 it's not a the very top of the thread but it's up there, there are two buildings I'm just modeling both of them in the one one scene to save time, I think it's a great idea to make a bunch of building in one scene.

Beekman Hotel Tower

:O I know wow, I am working on it for a little while, I have finished the arched windows on the second floor that's the part that I was stuck on and I hope i do not have to go back to it, to me that was the hard part and I am so sorry this bat is moving so slow but this to me is right now the hardest bat I ever made when it comes to details, but I think what makes it hard is the poly modeling I have to put in it, if I did not do it I think I would be finished. :\

Here's a picture that's helping me out.

Reading the information about the building... it was originally constructed as a girls frat house?!?! "Erected in 1927-29 as a residence and clubhouse for women belonging to national Greek-letter college sororities"

The massing is also really interesting. The tower was the original building. The addition preserved the entire original building, and added a second tower (a wall to wall tower), leaving that gap there. Everyone had plenty of access to light and air, but no one was stuck with an alley view. I'm surprised there's not a patio on the lower roof.

The BAT is looking good so far although it seems kind of short and stocky? I agree with the others about pushing your talents with this one.

I ve been absent for a while and I can't stop to think that you're contributing to maintain this team alive with all your residential work so far. I'm sure you guys remember this one, the building that give me long renders, a a reason of stopping it so long, and the damn thing is 90% finished.

I have updated the model after google maps updated it's images so I decided to update the model sense it's not released.
