Well, I have been slowly working on this one for a long time In between Mods and R/L! Here are 2 from half of the city. I realize that it is bare in spots , but I'm slowly adding on.

You know. You could use the lot editor and make your own bixel style apartments such as those garden towers or those pencil towers. If you want more asian BATs, you might want to check out ks_pn's BATs, or go on Simcity Force. YOu'll bound to find something good there.

Yeah, some of the Asian stuff I made in PIM-X and added them to a prop family. I am basically getting a feel as to how things will work together and still am working on a Sakura (Japanese cherry) T-21 mod for all of the roads/Aves just to give it a more Asian feel. As far as the other, I have quite a few other things that I have not put in yet (KS etc) and am slowly re-working my port with a combo of Somy , NOB , Peg , and just about any other odds and ends out there . I also am working on modifying the models in reader to get the JRP stuff from MAS san to be an inland port!

These are all very good CBDs.

Sithlrd98, I like layout of your city with the wide spaces and whatnot, but if I were you, I'd use that green space to build sprawling suburbs. Having Skyscrapers and no suburbs seems a tad unrealistic, but it is YOUR city and you a free to do what you want with it.

Okay so one of my biggest downtowns, is on the London Map, known as Capitol, the majority of the workers actually travel from various cities on my maps.

Going into Downtown, there are ten major rail lines, from the suburbs and also from various locations in the city,(350000) one transitway (bus only running north of the highway) and two others (one from the west, which goes under the rail lines and one south of the highway). Busses bring in 11500 (just on the transitway alone not including the highway)

Underneath she has an extensive subway system which ties into the central rail system. which handles 450000.

By placing toll booths I have the Majority of the Populace setup to take in public transit to reduce the number of cars. Major Park and Rides are located in the majority of my of residential developments.

Park and Rides consist of Accessibility to Subway, Busses and the Transitway. Trying to find Parking lots to compensate is an ongoing feat of mine.

Capitol One, North

Capitol Two, South

Capitol Three, River Crossings

Capitol Four, Internation Airport & Mall Residential Zone

Capitol Five, Downtown North

Capitol Six, Downtown West

Kensington is on the other side of the map, and thus needed to be a centralized area for the surrounding areas. Centralized Transitway, no need for any others.

Diva613, your city I find looks quite good and I really like it (I say this about most cities & CJ's but this one has a certain feel for me). There is a nice height variety in buildings, but one criticism: There is in my opinion too much land around the freeways/highways & rail. Can you put some more buildings immediately surrounding it.

Any chance of a CJ?

@ROFL - What is a CJ? As for the space, I was intending to make it into a more park friendly area, by adding in different parks and tree's. As for around the rail, I am leaving that open, until the region is completed, that way should an expansion of the rail be required it would be less damaging.

@Victor - Sorry, didn't realize won't happen again.

I was doing this for emphasis. Is it some kind of forum rule NOT to do this? If so, I'll take note & not do it again.

As for dabadon5, That's nice, but in my opinion, there are too many Freeways.
