Well heres my downtown. Its kinda like Manhattan

The main Commercial Districts are the Financial district, Old Downtown, Stock District, and Birdtown

My "downtown" is pretty large, but is less than half my actual region. There aporx. 4,000,000 (give or take 100,000) people who live downtown.

Again, kinda like Manhattan.

I'll probally post some stuff on the heavy Commercial Districts a little later.

I tried to make my city as "realistic" to the real world as possible.

So, If this were a real city it would be where Allentown PA is today.

Naftixe: actually the BoA was included as a landmark in the game, you can find several SF skyscrapers in the game already, the old PacBell tower, the shell building, ich you have two next to eacother in the transbay, and one who's name i do not know called Vu Financial in the game.

Naftixe: There is a Ferry Building BAT available, which I have in my game and I believe got it from the STEX, and the much-maligned Wren Insurance Building is modeled after a San Francisco skyscraper.

Here are 2 CBD's of my 2 major cities. I have another massive city, but I like the esthetics of these 2 more;

Above city is a city with no seaside area nearby. The CBD is right in the center, surrounded by residential and a industrial zone alongside one of the main highways leading into the city.

The city above is an old industrial harbor city that has rejuvenated into a service industry city. Hence all the harbor area turned residential/commercial. The real CBD is on the top middle, but there's also a fair commercial center developing opposite the river.
