I love the lake and stadium,

but not too sure about a nuclear power source being so close to an olympic venue...

Beautiful farmlands. Minova Arena and park are also very nice in the middle of the plantations.

The Amusement Park format is starting to get stronger here in the CJs!, Yours is great! I'll need some tickets for going there. Awesome Kendrid Arena.

Looking forward to more.

Wow! Minova Lake looks like it took a long time to make. But it looks fantastic! I love how the arena sits in the middle of on the peninsula. The amusement park looks very good, too. I'm looking forward to the Update 10, especially the RoadLink Map!

    Finally. I finished Update 10!!!

But first, to the personal replies:

Filasimo: Thanks, the lake truely was a pai in the rear to do.

socomseal45: Thanks. Tried to model it from memory of Worlds of Fun here in KC.

fledder200: Lol, thanks. ut maybe I should hold off from letting April and June into the city... especially after that sale event... (Don't tell them, but its clearence time in Pine Grove)

AfroThunda: Thanks! The lake part was a pain, but the stadium was fairly easy!

alicelli: Actually, in real life, Wolf Creek is right near the sports complex in Burlington, KS... no radiation leaves the reactors, just warms the water.

emilin: You live near the Globe Arena? Thanks for the comment!

    jacqulina: Thanks!

RushHourFreak: Thanks! Actually, there are coupons on the net, don't forget to grab those first!

ccecill: That truely is an honor coming from you!

Voulpiotis: Thanks! I think I found the BAT on some Japanese site... (see Japanese BAT thread)

thundercrack83: Thanks! And I think you'll understand the wait on te RoadLink Map.... it was a massive 5hr project...

Benedict: Yeah... come to think of it, I have.... thanks for the comment!

    S1acker: Thanks!

    CWLGAMER01: Thanks, I will!

    Now.. to the update!

    From the PGDOT website

Recently finished this week, Pine Grove High Speed Rail Terminal, or know by many as the Regional Transfer Station, is set to open its doors this weekend. Featuring links to such places as Olympus City, Sydney, Liaane, and many other regions, this high speed system will further open commercial business in the city, and also provide yet another travel venue for the much anticipated bid for the Simlympics this March.

The train design, featuring a hybrid system of sorts, is made to be able to handle both traditional rail as well as high speed mag-lev tracks. The maglev system, driven by linear synch motors and electromagnets, is able to create a comfortable air cushion as well as high speeds. The traditional drive train is a electric motor system powered by cantenaries and solar panels.

Found in a Better Houses and Gardens Magazine article on top 25 places to live in the US:

    #8:
Banner Springs, KS (Located in the Pine Grove Metropolitan Area)
    pg1033hx.jpg

We chose Banner Springs for the #8 spot for 5 reasons...

    1. Schools- The school district in Banner Springs has been voted one of the best in the nation for several years. Located in renovated early 18th century school buildings, the schools provide a private school feel on public school money. ACT average scores are 29.9, and the average 97% later attend college.

    2. Home architecture- The homes in this area are large and comfortable, with only limited styles of achitecture allowed in new building.Built in an Eurppean influenced design, these homes also feature energy efficiency and superior safety.

    3. Shopping: Featuring high-end shopping, the downtown areas of this litte town features the finest of the finest, all for less.

    4. Location, location, location....- Located only 5mins from the airport, 2minsfrom the nearest hospital, and 10mins fom the downtown, this city is very well placed.

    5. Landmarks- Home to the Brush River Dam, this city has been using a small hydroelectric plant for almost 100 years, which is still in use today.

You have an excellent cj here!  I really like the homes in your Banner Springs neighborhood, where did you get those?  I visit KC often because my wife's relatives live up there, and I can definately see an influence in your city design, it looks great!
