Umm...so when aleking says the rocks are overkill--everyone agrees? What are we sheep?!

Mulefisk: 9--the rocks are just perfect at that amount. Many rocky coasts all over the world are littered with boulders such as those. Very nice.

metasmurf: Too much porn. 2.gif And the slums look too...colorful. That's one of FF's creations that I didn't like very well, but you can't change that. The rows of adult establishments really take away a lot of the picture. 5/10

Well, Aaron, you would be amazed where trees can grow. Just take a look at the picture from Brela, Croatia, where I've been to this year. Of course it's not supposed to be rated!

So where are the roots here?

hm... all pics on that site are awesome...

    let's see:

ak's harbor: great layout. really love it. good eye for detail, really looks like a busy fright depot / industrial harbor. lets see... ehm... give it a 9/10 cuz of the water color (which I don't think fits the great work) and the ... well... not lack, but some more views would hav been cool

mulfisk's ... ehm... scenary: awesome!! very well done. Reminds me lots of the coastal landscape around southern sweden, like the Sk

wouanagaine ... Great use of the palms and other mods there ... terrific... 10/10 for sure.

aleking ... You have used those port bats perfectly ... I love them, can't wait to try them out myself... 10/10.

After my last attempt I went back and had another look for decent picture ... think I might have found a little something ... I took comments onboard from last time and turned the traffic back on ...

    Enjoy!

And to all you complaining about rocks being overkill on mule's pic,lol you shoulda seen my local area....

Mulefisk: Very nice, the detail included with the rocks and water is very good, 10/10.

metasmurf: Good work but for improvement I think you should maybe make the building colours more realistic, 8/10.

aleking: Very realistic as usual, 9/10.

wouanagaine: Well created tropical scene, 9/10.

Fox: Nice city scene with a very well standardised Japanese theme, 9/10.

Waz_Up_Tiger: Good job, well created Asian theme, 8/10.

marcszar: Your pictures are really amazing. I really like the lighting, it makes the picture seem more relaxed. There's just something about them that I really enjoy.

Here's a picture of one of my small towns....

I had to resize it so you can see the full picture here:

marcszar: 9/10 for both for near-perfection. I just love the kind of sombre atmosphere your pics seem to have. ilikehotdogsalot: Nice! Looks like a real small-town. Although some commercial zoning might make it slightly better. 7/10 For the seccond one, I like the idea, but i think some touching up in photoshop could have made it alot better. 8/10 Here's anothere shot from me: 3dtowersba3.jpg

    That's just ridiculously awesome.

I can't believe my eyes how Sim City 4 has a great level of details, which is awesomely showcased by you, Mulefisk. Congrats, 10/10.

marczar: 10 on the seaport. Wow, I am such a fan of your work and your picture editing! It makes the textures stand out and look...real! As for the first pic with the sunken GLR--I'd give it a nine, because there's some palms in the middle of the road, and I think that ruins the temperate feel you were aiming for, I think. And is that a new school I see (right above the standard Maxis one, and it has porkie's trees).

    Marczar: START A CJ, PLEASE!

ilikehotdogsalot: Very cool. 7/10. It's just waaaay too dark (though I like the green).

mulefisk: Great use of perspective (you said you would explain it in your CJ, but never did). 9/10

    from the top

    marcszar: very nice 8/10

ilikehotdogsalot: there is an abandant building? 7/10

marcszar: nice, car parks sem repetative.. 8/10

ilikehotdogsalot again maybe too dark i can just pick out the boats. 7/10

    Mulefisk: 9.99 nice ps skill

Joe 90: do i have to... oh well sure some of it looks nice but the grey to dust road transition spoils it sos m8 7/10, perhaps hiding it with a big tree in front would of been better

marcszar: Picture 1: Good sunrise picture with good lighting effects, realistic too, 9/10. Picture 2: Good port shot, very impressive, 9/10.

ilikehotdogsalot: Picture 1: Nice, I can even see a whale in the sea, 8/10. Picture 2: I like the green lighting effect but I agree also think that it is to dark, 7/10.

Mulefisk: Lovely, the detail is excellent, 10/10.

Joe 90: Good attempt at using water effects, the dirk road is good though if you could make the concrete to dirt transition look better it would be great, 8/10.
