BTW modding/LOD'ing project for Ramp CS-SA is still opened for bidding ;-)   RFP is still out in the wild waiting for modding contractors 3.gif

With that said, fencing work to install hand-rails continues on the RHW-MIS transition:

    thanks 2.gif

tommiej: right now it's planned to be 3 tiles wide, 10 tiles long.

things are slow lately b/c of RL business, but the left side wall (the top side in the picture) is now completed.  Blue railings and catwalk handrails, vents, etc are installed.  And work on roadbed has been started.

okay, we're now approaching completion (finally!).

All structural elements are now complete, with exception of road surface/road-bed and road texture transition with RHW.  Some trees will go up as well.

And somehow, I've no idea, but 3ds Max decided it will automagically fix lighting tint issue I was having with BAT4Max on its own accord... lighting looks a lot better now (when I first installed BAT4Max, the lighting rigs it adds to model makes everything way too bright... but suddenly it's now fixed and I've no idea how that happened heh)..  May be someone can tell me how it happened so i can fix it next time lighting becomes too bright again 3.gif

    Stunning... just stunning.

In addition to the RHW version, can you make another version for plain highways please? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    EDIT:

I just noticed that the regular highways won't fit. Ouch....

Alternatively... can you make a one-way-road version of this ramp please? Again, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

That looks so real! I noticed a texture problem though: you have the signs and cameras aiming at the right side of the RHW, meaning the traffics going INTO it. The RHW texture is reversed from what it should be. I hope this helps! TopCliff

I don't think so, because the white line is supposed to be on the inside, and since this is an on-ramp it should be the other way. TopCliff

This is the RHD (right hand drive) version...thats how it is in Boston so it is correct.

Yes, the texture is facing the right way.  The traffic is going into the tunnel, so the yellow line is supposed to be on the left, the white line on the right, and it is, so everything's good on that end.

    Looking forward to modding it.2.gif

allan_kuan1992:  Thanks;  There is actually one-way entrance done and available for download at STEX, the Atlantic Avenue onramp (ramp A-CN):

    c17a6.a-cn.130.jpg

there will be more one-way based street level use onramps made in the future; but the current lot is specifically designed for use with RHW-MIS mod.

patriots1228: still few weeks away until modelling phase is complete. 4.gif

Due to RL, I only have limited time to model lately, so progress is pretty slow lately.. But, on a bright side, the tunnel's roof section is now completed:

    rhw-portal80.jpg

    rhw-portal81.jpg

Also, quick update on Ramp CS-SA.  I've enhanced the road lane marking/paintings to better-distribute the wear/tear marks as suggested by people before.  Also replaced the camera.  So pretty much, CS-SA is ready for modding:90.jpg
