SimGoober, you need to zip up all of your retail lots into one .zip file and release it somewhere. I want to download them all but don't want to sit here for hours man. They all look great!!!!

First off, I want to say that you do magnificent work. Your lots always look great in-game, and they add a level of realism that would be impossible without your hard work. Having said that, I would like to make a couple requests/suggestions for future projects. You have expanded the SC4 commercial sector, and are steadily adding civic buildings, but there haven't been a lot of great residentials (your two new country houses are great, though). It would be great to have you work on some themed residential sections, like some coastal/beach homes, some suburban homes, some mansions (which would be great to add to the reward chain), some ultra-moderns, and some very old looking homes. Also small apartment buildings of all styles.

 Heh. I cant think of SG ever taking requests, well actually he's done things for some other BSC people but thats about it.

However,its a lucky day for you because i got my other computer running gmax rendering a microwave tower for my CJ which i may release on the STEX.It wont be nearly as good as if SG did it but meh...

Goober: I was watching this cable TV show about food, where they focus on one town, and the host of the show stayed at...

HotelZaZa. It was quite funny, as I remembered you BATted it. Then, I confirmed it at the end where the host stood outside, and the camera shot focused up, allowing me to see the front facade, which did resemble that of the BATted hotel.

Simgoober: I have been using your pedestrian bridges for the BSC parks but found that I cannot use them to cross over a one way road. Is there any way to make one for a one way road or maybe someone else has one? I searched around but did not see anything specific except one that crossed two one way roads but this is too large. I really appreciate all your work, your lots are all excellent.

I think I made the props, but someone else made the lots for that one. It would be a simple matter of making an extra lot for one way roads as well, but it would also depend on who has the time to do it.

I've been skimming through all your lots and I didn't realize you were so into watertowers and Milwaukee! I'm doing a Milwaukee recreation and would love if you could do some Milwaukee landmarks such as the Mitchell Domes, City Hall, Miller Park, Miller Brewery, Milwaukee Art Museum, anything really. That would be awesome, you are truly a GREAT!!! I might have to download every thing you've made for SimCity, at least when I get highspeed net!

A quick question, SG. Where does the lot "Fernelle Manor" come from? I'm missing some buildings and need to know the dependencies. I searched the STEX for it but got nothing.

SimGoober is technically a member of the BSC...many (or most) of the BSC designers utilize the Preferred Customer Group or PCG from Pegasus' site to do a lot of their Beta Testing...(I think that is what PCG stands for    )...Because of this, SimGoobers stuff along with most BSC stuff will almost always show up on Peg's site first...matter of fact, the MAPP team is using the PCG to help with Beta testing once we get to that stage...

Barby:  I checked about a dozen of the files.  I got some weird stuff when using FireFox.  Checked with IE and they were fine.  I suspect it's the spaces in the file names.  Firefox doesn't deal well with spaces in file names on all occasions.

They seem to be fine now. Whatever it was, it got fixed. I use FF so it was probably the space issue.

BTW, I love the civic stuff!

hello italiaboy9 and welcome to Simtropolis. Head over to the STEX and search for BSC Essentials. This should fix your query problem.

Edit: Just download this file and extract it to your plugins and you will be all set next time you play SC4.
