I love the idea of a "cheap" landmark. Everywhere I've lived I've usually found some type of local attraction that everyone goes to but no one outside the town knows about. This will fit right in. I can already hear the sim-kids daring each other to go ring the bell....

the house and motel dont show up on mine! Im having a lot of problems like this! sucks too cause this looks so amazing! still thumbs up cause its great

so I realized why this wouldnt work, I didnt have the Prop files from the official website lol. if you download this and dont see it, go to simcity.com, go to the news archieve and look for the option of making the buildings prop files. that will make this work in the game :)
