Directly from the CJ *Nexis of Genesis* this is the Swamper Sign Ltd lot. Made for the personality Swamper of my Cj, it has some special Batprops on it. Nexis rops , but also most of the signs were made by swamper77. I didn't know whether I should put it into the lot or bat section, but because the Mainbuilding is a combination of original buildings, here it ended up.
Thanks go to GrampaAl for having tweaked this lot and all the other Nexis lots(almost all), and to swamper 77 for the amazing signs.
Included are a growable IM version with 64 jobs and a Landmark.Both are on a 4x3 lot.
Please read the readme file for the dependencies, but most of them have been included in the download file.
