Not bad for a first BAT. The roof texture needs tweaking, as it looks very tiled. If you have a building thread, several other BAtters can give you some hints and such.

great for your first try, i cant even DOWNLOAD stuff from simtropolis, let alone upload stuff. the only thing i dont like is that it looks like theres no pathway leading to the main doors, the ones near the blue thing.
