Yes, this is a game cheat, so accept it for what it is. It is not realistic. It is a pretty building helps the economy just like the description says.

I've dowloaded it, hope it works ... all versions I get here (Portugal) seem to never work with most cheats. Why the cheating part ? Well, mainly, I like to build cities, to plan the urbanistic side of it ... So ... THANKS soooooooo much !!!! I just hope it works!
