There's a lot to be said for "unique", and this certainly is. The repeating flower props on the sides are too regular and artificial to me - I'd ditch them. Other than that, looks fantastic! Good job. :-) (9 from me)

(nine because I think it's not *quite* perfect - it's a little big, and the repeats are bothersome... it's so close to being perfect... :-)

c4d is cinema 4d, it is not good for making simcity lots becuase you export to BAT you have 200+ unnamed objects/splines and it is hard to materials. I made this one in 20 minutes becuase i applied a single yellow texture to all the parts. plus its not free, i got it from a friend :(

This is unique. In a positive manner. And except for the repeating flowers on the borders of the lot, this is perfect. The tree is beyond perfect. 'Nuff said.
