    c4d is cinema 4d, it is not good for making simcity lots becuase you export to BAT you have 200+ unnamed objects/splines and it is hard to materials. I made this one in 20 minutes becuase i applied a single yellow texture to all the parts. plus its not free, i got it from a friend :(

    Err, ok my second one. looks really fake at night mode, no lighting. So don't use it if you don't like it. OK. do what you want with the model. This cost $25000 and produces.. a lot of power, more thatn hydrogen. what ever

    sorry, this cost about 100000 as the whole thing is made of gold. the mayor boost i think i put about 75/100, i think i can only make weird stuff like this, as buildings need night lights for realism

    This is my first BAT, maybe not. I made this with c4d and exported to BAT as i am completly useless at BAT. no night lights, i don't konw how to do that in gmax. The model may appear a bit wierd if you try to edit it in lot editor. Free to do what you want with this silly model. enjoy hahahaha this comsumes lots of power. Sims will respect you and give a mayor boost.
