Just a question, why do I need all the files? I don't want the ploppable, as ploppable residential don't work, and with out those files it just shows up as a brown box. Any chance you could change this as I'd love to use your building in game.

fox, there are 7 file on the zip file, first is the model file that you need, 2 plopable files, 2 landmark files and 2 grewable files, you can delete the 2 plopable or landmark or grewable files if you don't want to use them.

Thanks Oneil_1, I meant that I had the files for the growable and the landmark and the model file, but it was showing up in game as a brown box, after I downloaded the ploppable files, it seems to work fine now.

Oneil, I have a problem with Lake Point: It recently "grew" in one of my cities on a blank, 4x2 lot. If it is queried, its stats are the same as a regular growable. What is going on?
