About This File

These are lots I originally had made for use with PEG's Trail Park Kit. Anubis had posted a request for crosswalks over at PEG's website. I then decided that I would release them since there seemed to be a need for these lots.

A member of ST asked for a Holland version of the One Way Road Crosswalk. In Holland, There is only one lane of traffic at the crosswalk

There are five lots: 1 street, 1 road, 2 one way roads, and 1 avenue.

All of the lots have custom overlays for the crosswalks and a custom Pedestrian Crossing Sign that I created with BAT/GMAX. The stoplights on the lots are just for eye-candy.

Update 10/20/04: All one-way road crosswalks are fixed. I have created some new pathfiles to address the UDI problems of driving through the lots. The arrow that appears when placing the lot should point in the direction of the traffic flow for the paths to work correctly.

May I recommend dirt street/brick street ones? If you made a crosswalk prop, then that would be feasible...

it's a really good idea, but crosswalks dont have traffic lights, i think you should release a new lot without the traffic light cause it takes realism out of this fantastic lot.

this is good, and yes cross walks do or do not have traffic lights depending where you live... don't be so short sighted and actually research

@vlaz: These were designed with busy cities and maximum safety of pedestrians in mind. @thpwrthtbe: These lots are just to provide the look of a crosswalk on your roads, streets, and avenues between intersections. Basically, they are just eye-candy

Why not making it from 2 to 1 road and back... In Holland we have a lot of them. To satisfy the pedestrians and keeping the speeding low.

Great realism to roads, except a dirt street crossing for an avenue? Sounds like unlogic to me... But hey, other than that, great work!

Amazing!! We needed these very badly on our streets. They look super realistic. Especially the yellow crosswalks on the black paved road. I love them. Excellent job. I give it a 10+++ I realise I cant give a +++ for real, but that is to show I really like something.
