The nightlights seem to be all the same intensity; I might suggest some variation. The Random Window Picker tool works easily for that. How about a few towers with CO$$ jobs?

Wow! With all those lights at night, and 4000 office suites, I guess the cleaning crew must be about 24000. Just apply the Maxis formula for low wealth workers. This must have a bunch of tenaments to support this kind of a building. I do like the looks, but can't use it in my city either.

OMG when i see some commets i down from chair... If you cannot get so many CO$$$ just improve your skill no just CO$$ is simply answer. Dusk bulding are so rich to be CO$$ or maybe some just dont see diffrence dusk tower to vu finansial or mcllean or waco ...

And if you had problems with jobs dont like 4000 just run plug in manger ... i think 2 year kid will know how to do that so is little strange to say so wonderfull skyscapers are bad because you dont like number of job LOL. From 15/10 :D
