Kelis, after seeing @Tyberius06's comment to your Hotel, I took a look at the coding of this download as well.  All of the modding is fine on this but you don't need the LooseDesc files.  Also, for the Research Center instead of the Budget Item Department being Landmarks, it'd be better if it were set to Government Buildings.  But otherwise, it's good!

(That negative park effect, and the Radiation pollution is a killer though!  I'd consider removing the radiation pollution because otherwise this lot will slowly kill a city.)

Thank you so much for your comment and the advice. I have updated the building and removed the radiation pollution as per your comments above. Regarding the type of building, I've decided to keep it with the original type.
