About This File

NOTE: IF YOU DOWNLOADED THIS AND IT DID NOT HAVE AND SC4MODEL FILE, YOU NEED DO DELETE THAT FILE AND DOWNLOAD THIS ONE!! THE PREVIOUS FILE WAS MISSING THE SC4MODEL FILE!!! THIS ONE HAS IT!!!

The White Sand Resort comes in three CS choices CS$$$ growable, CS$$ growable, and a CS$$$ Ploppable. All three are 6x3 lots and provide about 300 jobs.

There is a fourth lot called the White Sand Condos. This is the same bat building, only it is a R$$$. This is also a 6x3 lot and provides a home for about 200 residents.

I have tested all the lots and they work fine on my computer. They have all grown in-game so the growables do work.

This doesn't look structurally sound at all, i wouldn't like to be in that during high winds or an earthquake, maybe a support structure would do it more justice. It's ok though.

The building looks really good in your pictures, but I think you forgot to put in the model file because all I'm getting is a brown box.

Heh, i did forget to put in the sc4model file. If you are getting a brown box where the building should be, you need to redownload this building! Sorry about the inconveinience..

Looks good. 10/10. It has already been said, and i agree, i would not like to be in that building in an earthquake at all lol.

For the R$$$, they must have HUGE suites. The building looks like it could hold 3X that, in SC4, that is. I like the building. Nice work.

Awesome. Period. Might not want to build it in an earthquake-prone area, though. Anyway, this is going straight into my gambling city; it'll look great there. 9/10, just because I would like it to be a bit taller.
