［解説］
「今、何時ですか？」
ほとんどのシムは時計を持っているので、この質問に答えられます。しかし、ただ一人、市長のみが返答できません。カレンダーはあるのに、市長は時計を持っていないからです。
「… 六つ、七つ、八つ …ところで、今、何時（なんどき）だい？」 「へい、九つで」 「そうかい。十、十一 …」 この話も市長はわかりません。なぜなら、市長は時計を持っていないからです。
ということで、貧乏市長のあなたに時計のプレゼントです。時計は、時計広場、和時計、時計台の３種類があります。お好きな時計を都市に設置してください。そして、これからは夜６時から朝６時までは、工事やビル破壊で騒音を立てないよう注意しましょう。
尚、これらの時計は、ラグ太郎さんのサイトに掲載されている Modding の解説（出現・消滅するプロップの製作）をヒントに作成しました。ラグ太郎さん、 興味ある解説ありがとうございます。

和時計はここを参考にしましたが、日の出、日の入を境にして昼夜をそれぞれ６分割する 不定時法には合っていないので、時計としては飾りです。しかし、風水で都市開発をする人には役に立つかも…

針の影が盤面に落ちていないので、やや不自然です。

＊時刻は他の時間イベントを持つロットと同期するよう、
S.M.T.+0.00（シムシティ標準時ジャスト）に設定しています。
＊時々、針が二重になります（下図）。
遅いＰＣ、人口過密、複雑な交通は、この頻度を高くするかもしれません。
＊リーダーを使用しています。他のロットやモッドと競合する可能性に注意してください。
＊分針、秒針の欲しい方はマクシスに注文してください（多分、在庫はないでしょう）。

But only one, the mayor can not answer it. Because ...
So, there are three clocks for the poor mayor to know it.
You can download - Clock plaza, Japanese clock and Clock tower.
After plopping down your favorite clock on your city map,
you have to stop to make loud noises of constructions from evening 6 to morning 6.

Every Clock is set at S.M.T.+0.00 (SimCity Mean Time plus 0 hour).
* Sometimes, doubled hour hands will be shown.
A Slow-PC, a overpopulated city or heavy complex traffics maybe raise this probability.
* These lots are modified by using the iliveReader.
There are some possibilities of the concurrence with other moddings.
* If you want a minute hand or a second hand, please ask and order at MAXIS for that.
But probably MAXIS has no stock of them.
