About This File

This is a CO$$ with 1750 jobs. It's 16 stories tall and takes up a 2x3 lot. The main reason for making this building is that *tons* of spaces in my cities fall into this category (2x3 CO$$) leaving much to be desired in terms of variety.

 

As always the building is growable, but a landmark is included just for looks.

MessyTaco, what is unrealistic about it. The only thing I see is the glass that comes over the roof in the middle there but even that isn't terribly unrealistic allbeit unsafe in a hail storm :). Great looking building.

nice, the window textures look a little weird, there should really be some reflections, you should download and try cerulean's Tutorial Random Windows. if you used this the look of the building would improve 100x, also, what about night lights? great model though ;) (i will not be rating)

i really like the design, but you need to change thay milky yellow texture to something more detailedm 'cause its gotta go.

Sk8zim17 - tyhe tallest building in my city is that colour and texture, and nobody has a problem with it :P

The 'milky yellow' stuff is called EIFS, (External Insulating and Finishing System), basically a synthetic foam material. This material is the most common building material in commercial buildings due to its excellent insulation and cost effectiveness, which is why I picked it.

There are night lights in all my buildings, in this building there are normal window lights and the atrium is also illuminated.
