Interesting living concept. I personally wouldn't choose to live there but it's very space concious.

We hae better looking townhouses here, but those are good.

Thanks for the comments! I want to say that the townhomes are replicas of a complex of townhouses in London, Ontario that look just as bland.

the game needs lots like these, mundane space concious buildings that add realism to the cities

Night lights are there... It just takes days in game for them to show up (no idea why).

these are useful simple bats, I don't think there are similar residential variations on the Stex.

It blends in very well with currently existing medium wealth buildings.
