This would give the appearance of an excellent community park. 

I did a little searching around to narrow down the specific dependencies. This is what I found that should provide the necessary items:

• Peg's MTP Super Resource Pack (prop file for pagoda)
• Peg's SPAM Super Resource Pack (texture file for dirt paths)
• Peg's Tennis Park
• Polish Mega Props - MISC vol01 v2 (path tiles from the pagoda)
• SFBT Essentials (small yellow -ish building)

And...

• BSC MEGA Props SG Vol01 v4
• BSC Textures Vol02

Both are in the BSC Common Dependency Pack

Yes, these are pretty common sets but might save some a bit of time. You might copy these to the listing if you want.
