Time for another map release! This time its Dubai-Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) (دبي-الشارقة، الإمارات العربية المتحدة) (for SimCity 4)!
Dubai (population 3.6 million) is the largest city and Sharjah, located directly northeast of Dubai (population 1.8 million), is the third largest city in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.). Dubai is a major tourism, transportation and logistical hub in the Middle East and home to many luxurious beaches and five-star hotels.
The map is 28 x 16 large city tiles and is accurately scaled based on DEM data. It has been rotated by 40 degrees to better fit the street grid.
The map generally takes off where I left off with my Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. map, though it is not exact due to slight differences in rotation.
In order to install the map you will need wouanagaine's mapper or terraformer as the file is in SC4M format.
