That was the lowest stage for the size of the lot that I could put them in, in PIM-X. Not sure if it's CAM or just a heavy industrial zone.

I finally figured out the answer to this. These buildings are Industrial anchors at stage 4 which would be for medium and heavy industrial zones and especially with this lot size. Stages 3-5 for these are generally reserved for a larger med/high density zone with the proper support. The game also has mechanical and out buildings as well. It's a more complicated system than the typical residential or commercial building.

I'm hoping you'll also make farm equipment dealers.

Have you ever thought about making civics stuff? Like police stations, fire stations, libraries, schools, public swimming pools, et cetera? I'd really like to be able to have a set of real US preschools for SC4. There aren't really any available.
