Kid - Friendly Blue (Ice) V1.02

Another Friendly Neighborhood retexture. You know what to expect by now :)
A few new buildings were added. Greenhouse, Animal Barn, Herbalist, Apiary, and more...
Also a deco Husky with a doghouse. Works well in all-year-snow settings.

V1.01 - A fix for the mill production. It was too expensive.

V1.02 - Minor changes and fixes.
