Well, this actually looks like medium density condos and apartments that I'm sure are springing up all over the country. What would be awesome would be a growable lot, say 8x8, that had 3 or 4 of these arranged in a 'community', with a fountain in the middle. 10/10!

I'll consider making a landmark, but it will be just for looks if I do (not funcional.) The growable has been extensively tested to make sure it will actually show up in the game. I know of too many growables that you download, and then never see grow in the game .
