Functional Residential Instructions
First press [ctrl] then the left mouse button where you want to build. Drag the mouse to create a 4x4 high density residential zone. Wait for a growable to appear and bulldoze it. PLOP the new residential in the same zone and notice it does not abandon. The simulator accepts the new residential as functional. This will work with any plopable residential.
